Welcome to the new Exchange Tavern website. The changes we've made are both pretty and functional! You may have already noted the Irish flag background (woot-woot!), but the rest of the changes will become evident as we launch new capabilities in the weeks ahead. We are proud to share that we've joined the Drupal phenom, and now have WAAAAY more control and will be adding the features you've been asking for--like photo galleries!

- Description: Woo has released eight CDs, but she is best known as a passionate live performer who connects instantly with her audiences and has opened for Sheryl Crow, India.Arie, Counting Crows, Shawn Colvin, 38 Special, Dave Mason, Stanley Jordan, Eric Johnson, Karla Bonoff, The Crash Test Dummies, Sonia Dada, Sean Mullins, Sophie B. Hawkins, and Loudon Wainwright III. No cover, but please show up early for best seats--we are expecting a full house! Whether playing by herself or with her band, Wendy Woo draws you in and holds you there. Her voice is simultaneously intimate and assured. Her songs are wide-ranging in style but always pure in emotion: from down and dirty blues to defiant ex-lover funks to summer day sambas to wistful ballads. Her guitar-playing includes fretwork riffs so unusual they always generate cheers.
